Here are the steps we are taking to keep our community healthy:

  • All members should wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival to the gym.

  • A cleaning crew will regularly perform a deep, sanitizing clean of the entire gym.

Class Schedule

Foundations

Foundations is a full-body strength and flexibility workout based on movements commonly seen in gymnastics, calisthenics, strength training, and other disciplines. This class is planned and organized in order to gradually progress from basic exercises to complex movements safely and effectively.

Core & Flexibility

Core & Flexibility is a beginner-friendly class that addresses two common deficiencies in many adults: weak core strength and joint immobility. This class can also serve as an active recovery workout for more experienced trainees. We start with a full-body warm-up, progress to a core circuit, then stretch.

Active Flexibility

Active Flexibility is an all-levels class that combines strength and mobility. Each week focuses on a different area of the body including shoulders and upper back, front splits, middle splits and hips, and back and forward folds. This class focuses on proper engagement to safely increase range of movement.

Rings

Rings is an intermediate class geared towards helping you feel more comfortable on the rings. We help build your ring strength in 360 degrees, working on shoulder mobility, core strength, and body awareness along the way. Pre-requisites for this class include being able to complete a pull-up and a dip on the rings.

Handstand

Handstand is an intermediate class geared towards helping you feel more comfortable upside-down. We build your handstand from the ground up, working on shoulder mobility, core strength, and body awareness. Pre-requisites for this class include being able to kick up to a handstand against the wall.

Beginner Handstand

Beginner Handstand is an entry-level class designed to help you get upside-down safely with proper technique. We use the floor, wall, and partner spotting to prepare your wrists, shoulders, and core for handbalancing. There are no prerequisites for this class other than a positive attitude and an open mind.

Open Gym

Open Gym is available to members who are enrolled in Personal Training or Group Classes. During Open Gym hours members will be able to use the space for their own training in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner. Note that Personal Training sessions and Group Classes take priority over Open Gym in terms of equipment and space.
